Tofu with Spicy Peanut SauceOctober 27, 2019
Regular TOFU: Deep-fried tofu is crisp outside and soft inside. Go with any your dipping sauce.January 8, 2020
- 14oz firm tofu (1 pack ) drained and sliced into larger chunks
- 2 tablespoons sriracha chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
Step 1. Cover the tofu chunk with sriracha sauce, light soy sauce, red onion . marinate at least a hour in the refrigerator.
Step 2. Preheat Grill for medium-high heat.
Step 3. Thread tofu to the skewers. Grill each skewer 10 minutes. Use any remaining marinade as a dipping sauce.
